Community-based Approaches to Public Safety

For our first community info session series, Community-based Approaches to Public Safety, we invite you to join us in imagining across systems what community-based approaches to public safety could look like in our City. The presentation will include input from community-members as well as local, regional, and state level representatives and stakeholders. Community-based Approaches to Public Safety will focus on the current climate of crime and public safety in Burlington, the systemic root causes of crime and harm, existing support services and community-based approaches as well as the identification in gaps of those services and approaches. Each presentation will be followed by a Q&A.
