I am originally from NYC, and I came to Vermont for college and realized this could be home too. Since making Vermont my home, I have been able to engage with Burlington CJC in various forms. Even then, I was moved by the individual and organizational care the Burlington CJC provided to the community. I am honored to be part of an organization that serves, supports, and strives to uplift its community members. As a Tamarack and Pretrial Service Coordinator, I can assist in continuing the amazing work the Burlington CJC does. This work is essential, and for me, this is on a personal and professional level.
