Lisa Pepe
Youth Restorative Program Coordinator, YSASP
Growing up, I knew I wanted to work with youth and became a classroom teacher straight out of college. After a few years, I felt like my career needed something more. I took a position as a Youth Justice Case Manager and soon moved into the position of Youth Services Coordinator at the Restorative Justice Center in Franklin County. It was there that I completed the Restorative Justice Certificate Program at Vermont Law School. Restorative Justice holds a special place in my heart, as I have worked with so many amazing youth who have grown from various RJ programming. My need to expand my work got the best of me and I found myself moving my work to Chittenden County. I live in a beautiful house on the lake with my fiance and our Treeing Walker Coonhound, Townes. I enjoy music, dogs, and reading.
